American Health Plan
I am Social-Conservative American. I love this country, my family, my upbringing, my adult-hood, and my life in general. I would love to see my kids follow my way of life. So far they do so, because my twenty six (26) years old is a graduate student at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs of the University of Minnesota. He is a known community leader and intends to run for US congress first in 2012, and than for US senator.
I have my private insurance, but I support President Obama’s government health plan because, I know that the plan will save billions of dollars for the taxpayers. I know this because I am a health professional and witness the millions of unisured Americans that come to the Emergency Rooms everyday for the treatment of simple ailtments.
Uninsured Americans have the right to go to the Emergency Rooms at no cost to them but at a cost premium cost to the tax payers (you and me ). However, if these individuals had some insurance plan (government or other wise) they would have called their providers who would have given them medical treatment or advice that would cost a lot less than an Emergency Room visit.The savings on Emergency Room visits alone can pay for this plan. Remember, today, all of us are paying for every Emergency Room visit expenses for every uninsured American, but we could pay less if the government had insured them already.
Obama’s plan saves me and every American some money. I would rather pay these people’s medical benefits at a low cost than paying it at Emergency visit Cost, which I would be forced to pay through taxes by my own hospital.
I am sure it will cause less to pay these health premiums through government sponsored plan instead of at Emergency Visit costs.
It does not take a rocket scientist to understand how this will save money for every Americans.
Insurance companies are fighting this with everything they have. Why are they vigorously fighting the plan?Think about this. When was the last time your insurance company gave you a brake? Why are they spending so much money fighting this proposal? Think about it.
It does not matter whether you are black, white, yellow, or green, you are spending more than you should have for uninsured Americans already. It is up to you. You can spend less if you choose to do so and support the plan. When the uninsured get sick, they go to the Emergency Rooms for the US government mandates that they should be treated. The healthcare providers pass the expenses to US government, which in turn passes them to the taxpayers who have no choice but to pay for those expenses everyday. Would you rather have a choice and pay it at a lower cost since you are going to pay it anyways? Think about it.The President's plan gives us that choice.
Call your congessman and ask him/her to Support the president’s plan because it works for all Americans. Remember, I am very conservative. But, I am confident this one will save money for all of us.
I will entertain anyone’s argument about this. Who wouldn’t like to pay less?
